I am a 32 years old man and I run because I love feeling strong and fast (even if I am not all that strong, or all that fast) while I am running. I run to go new places, and to find out "what's on the other side of that hill." I run to get better, and to have a concrete proof that I am getting better. I run in order to race, to challenge myself. I run because of the way it makes me feel: more alive, more energised, more at peace with myself and with the world. I also run to get away: from my chaotic life, or my crazy job.
